Q1: I would like to try your product(s) before I purchase. Where can I download your demos?

A: You can download demo versions from Downloads page.

Q2: How can I upgrade to the latest version?

A: To purchase the upgrade product, please visit our upgrade store.

Q3: Are your demos fully functional or do they have limited capabilities?

A: Our demo version will work as full version but it will expires after restarting 30 times or after 15 days.

Q4: The serial number I received from you after purchasing on your website doesn’t seem to work. What should I do?

A: Please make sure the following:
1) That you have typed the serial number correctly.
2) Note that the all letters are capitalized.
3) That the hyphen in the serial number is not missing.
4) Make sure that there is no space anywhere.

Q5: Do you offer educational pricing?

A: Unfortunately, we don’t have an educational program.

Q6: Do you have cross upgrade option from Windows to Macintosh version or vice versa?

A: Xtream Path 2 and FILTERiT 5 include Mac version and Windows version. If you have a previous version, please purchase the latest version at the following upgrade store.
