When you register your product, you are entitled to technical support. The User’s Guide that came with the product is designed to help you answer most of the questions, however if you need further assistance, you can contact our Support personnel.
Before you contact us:
1. Please review the User’s Guide for the product or take advantage of the on-line help within the program or the support page.
2. We will be happy to answer any of your questions pertaining to the use of the product.
3. We cannot provide support for the following:
a)Questions that are too vague in nature (insufficient information).
b)Questions concerning Mac OS, Windows, or Adobe Illustrator
c)Questions that are outside of the product’s system requirements.
d)Questions about information that has not been publicly released.
