	Does FILTERiT work on Intel Mac? I downloaded the demo version for the first time and installed it on a Mac. It says that my demo is expired already. How come? Is FILTERiT4 compatible with Illustrator CS3? What about Mac OS X 10.4? I am using Illustrator 8 for Windows. When I dragged the FILTERiT folder into the Illustrator plug-ins folder, it gave me an error message. If I pull it out of the plug-ins folder, it doesn't give me an error message anymore. What is wrong with it? I have downloaded your FILTERit4 demo for Illustrator 9.0 and cannot demo the "WARP" features of your software. Is this excluded from the website demo? "WARP" is included in the "help menu" portion of the demo, but not indicated as an option on the pull-down menu of 3D transformation's listings. Is there a way to do a 3D transform on an object and save it as a flash animation? I want to make an .swf of our logo spinning. Is that possible? I have purchased the full version of FILTERiT but I started to receive warnings about "time bombs" When I tried to use FILTERiT, it suddenly started to "spring back" after dragging. How can I fix it? I installed your trial version of FILTERiT4 to Illustrator 9.0. But when I go to Filter/FILTERiT4, I only get to choose 3D Transform and Fractalize and when I go to Effect/FILTERiT4, I only get to choose Fractalize. I'm a college student who downloaded your tryout. Do you offer any sort of student discounts for purchases of your software? I am trying to download a Tryout version of FILTERIT4 and it is not working. I get an error message. How can I purchase the software? How do I upgrade from the previous version? Just bought FILTERiT and Xtream Path and I can't run them both at the same time in Illustrator. If I pull one out the other works fine. What is wrong? When I start Illustrator, I get an message that there is an error loading plugins "FiT4E_20-32_Live xxxx.aip". I am running Windows XP Pro.

	Q: Does FILTERiT work on Intel Mac? A: Yes. FILTERiT4.2 is compatible with Intel Mac.
	Q: I downloaded the demo version for the first time and installed it. It says that my demo is expired already. How come? A: Make sure that you are signed in as an administrator. Remove your Illustrator Preferences file located in the Library folder in your Home folder (Home/Library/Preferences/Adobe Illustrator XX/Adobe Illustrator Prefs) to your desktop. Select the main Illustrator XX folder and press Command + "I" to get the info panel. Change all ownership and permissions to "Read & Write" and click "Apply to enclosed items". Install the demo again.
	Q: Is FILTERiT4 compatible with Illustrator CS3? What about Mac OS X 10.4? A: FILTERiT4.2 is now compatible with Illustrator CS3 and supports OS X 10.4. The updater, FILTERiT4.2 is now available from our support page for both Mac and PC. top
	Q: I am using Illustrator 8 for Windows. When I dragged the FILTERiT folder into the Illustrator plug-ins folder, it gave me an error message. A: Due to lack of system resources on Windows 95/98, the Windows version of FILTERiT4 is compatible with Illustrator 8 only if you are using Windows NT or 2000. If you are using Windows 95/98, you must have Illustrator 9 in order to install FILTERiT. Please refer to our system requirements. top
	Q: I have downloaded your FILTERiT4 demo for Illustrator 9.0 and cannot demo the "WARP" features of your software. Is this excluded from the website demo? "WARP" is included in the "help menu" portion of the demo, but not indicated as an option on the pull-down menu of 3D transformation's listings. A: All the FILTERiT tools are loacated in the Illustrator Toolbox. There you will find 6 boxes added to your Illustrator Toolbox. You will find a total of 9 tools including the hidden tools. Please refer to the "Where to find FILTERiT" in your FILTERiT folder. top
	Q: Is there a way to do a 3D transform on an object and save it as a flash animation? I want to make an .swf of our logo spinning. Is that possible? A: Yes, it is possible. It will be available on our tutorial page soon. top
	Q: I have purchased the full version of FILTERiT but I started to receive warnings about "time bombs" When I tried to use FILTERiT, it suddenly started to "spring back" after dragging. How can I fix it? A: Please make sure that you have the full version of FILTERiT in the Illustrator plug-ins folder, not the Tryout version. If you are 100% sure that you have the full version in the folder and it is still doing the same thing, reinstall FILTERiT from the CD-ROM or the original compressed file if you downloaded it. top
	Q: I installed your trial version of FILTERiT4 to Illustrator 9.0. But when I go to Filter/FILTERiT4, I only get to choose 3D Transform and Fractalize and when I go to Effect/FILTERiT4, I only get to choose Fractalize. A: That is the way it should be. You will see 3D Transform and Fractalize under the Filter menu and but you will only find Fractalize under the Effect menu. There is no 3D Transform under this menu. top

	Q: Just bought FILTERiT and Xtream Path and I can't run them both at the same time in Illustrator. If I pull one out the other works fine. What is wrong? A: It is possible that some of your fonts may be corrupt. "AdobeFnt05.lst" from the font list does not get fixed by reinstalling Illustrator. If you cannot find "AdobeFnt05.lst", it could be "AdobeFnt". Troubleshoot fonts================= A system error can occur if Illustrator accesses a damaged font. You can troubleshoot fonts to determine if they cause the problem: 1. Drag the contents of the Library/Fonts folder to a new folder on the desktop. (If you manually added fonts to the Library/Application Support/Adobe/Fonts folder, also drag those fonts to the new folder.) 2. At the Finder, choose File > Find. 3. Type AdobeFnt05.lst (Illustrator 10) or AdobeFnt07.lst (Illustrator CS), select the system drive, and then press Return. 4. Delete all AdobeFnt05.lst files found. 5. Restart the computer. 6. Restart Illustrator. Illustrator creates a new AdobeFnt05.lst or AdobeFnt07.lst file. 7. Try to re-create the problem. Then, do one of the following: -- If the problem doesn't recur, move one font back to the Library/Fonts folder, and then repeat steps 5-7 until you identify the problematic font. -- If the problem recurs, move the contents of the new folder on the desktop back to the Library/Fonts folder. 	Q: When I start Illustrator, I get an message that there is an error loading plugins "FiT4E_20-32_Live xxxx.aip". I am running Windows XP Pro. A: It is possible that there are too many fonts installed on your machine. Windows is known to have not enough system resources. Although Windows XP is much better than the predecessors, the problem is not completely gone. Also, it is worth mentioning that according to Adobe, it is recommended to delete your Illustrator preferences and font list files every time you make any changes to the number of fonts. To do this, go to "Start" and select "Search". -From the Search dialog box, choose "All files and folders" in the left pane. -Enter "AIPrefs" as the file name to search in the local hard drive. -You can remove all the files that are displayed.
